Dr. Eric Gilder's parents live in the Diocese of Ft. Worth and in 2007 he moved his sending diocese to Ft. Worth.
Dr. Eric Gilder serves in the Diocese of Europe in Romania. In the first six months of 2005, Eric assisted at Cuttington University College in Liberia, Africa as it seeks to rebuild after years of civil war. Since becoming an ECUSA missionary based in Romania in 2000, Dr. Gilder has been aiding the Liberian college, seeking to create academic and institutional partnerships on behalf of Cuttington in Europe and the USA. Eric continued his work at Cuttington in the summer of 2006. His work there is especially enjoyable, he states. Eric is now starting a new three year study (2006-2009).
