See www.dioceseswfla.org/contacts/contactdr.htm for further information.

The Eglesia Episcopal Dominicana is very much still a missionary oriented diocese, as its web pages attest. Go to www.episcopalian.org/DR/wrkteams.htm to see what is happening in terms of inviting groups from the church to work with the church in the D.R. on a variety of mission projects.

Missionaries to the Diocese of the Dominican Republic include appointments by the Episcopal Church: Ms. Jane Fladd, from Los Angeles,  Cathrine S. and John Gordon, from South Carolina and The Rev. Robert Snow and Ellen Snow from Nebraska.  SAMS- USA has several missionaries in the Dominican Republic: Michael and Anita Dohn and Caroline Humphrey.

The Diocese of the Dominican Republic is engaged in missionary work with migrant workers from Haiti and in joint programs with the Diocese of Haiti.
